I have seen all the stations you can get for the pre-reception but do they just offer hors d" oeuvres? If so, does anyone know how much that costs in comparison to one of the stations (antipasto etc)????
Yes, they do. When we got our planner we received some sample menus that had different cocktail hour items etc. At our tasting we had spanakopitas with an olive tapenade, brie and raspberry in puff pastry, beef and blue cheese meatballs with a tomato pesto.
We chose the brie and the meatballs. We also added a pot sticker action station because we had some custom made take out containers and this was how we decided to use them.
The cost was $32.50 per person which we thought was pretty good. Without the action station it probably would be a lot less. They don't break down each cost on the BEO so I don't know the exact cost of each item.

Hi Skylarr. I just wanted to know how they display the appetizers. I read that they don't pass 'hot hors d" oeuvres' (which I really wonder why, because a lot of other venues butler-pass similar if not the same stuff).

That's a good question... they didn't say they would be passing them but I didn't ask. I will check and see if it specifies on my BEO. I think they will be setup like a buffet.
ETA: My BEO does not say wheather they will be passed or not. It just has the cost and description of items.
