Hopping from AK to DHS for the fireworks?

We are planning a short 4 day trip to WDW over Easter weekend. Crowd calendars suggest it would be best to do AK on Friday our day of arrival and HS on Monday, our day of departure. However I want to be able to see the Star Wars Fireworks at DHS and so we'd have to hop over to DHS on Friday night (planning to see HEA on Saturday and Illuminations on Sunday). Park close at DHS is 8:30, but fireworks are not until 9. I am assuming we cannot enter the park past 8:30? Best way to hop? Thinking about skipping the park buses, especially since the bus stop situation at DHS is insane right now. We will not have a car. Uber? Minnie van? Is there an advantage to one vs the other? How much time should we allow?

Thanks!

Uber.
Arrive at DHS by 7:30pm, or earlier.
Leave DAK by 6:15 - 6:30pm.

(It's Easter weekend. Allow extra time.)

no advantage between Uber or minnie van they drop off at the same spot, all parks have taxis available at the drop offs so might be faster to just grab one of those.
Also as an fyi the Star Wars Galactic Spectacular is not a fireworks show per se. It's mostly projections with lasers, fire and fireworks elements

The Star Wars show is worth seeing once, but I wasn't that impressed. As mentioned it is more a projection show with a few fireworks, than a fireworks show.
Agree with taking Uber, much cheaper than the Minne Van. The bus, you could wait a long time.
If the park is crowded, as likely for Easter weekend, you will want to get in the park by 7:30 (could be a lot of people trying to enter for the shows) to get a decent viewing location. On a non holiday time in October, the areas filled early.

Edit: Completely misread the title. My apologies.
