Hopping - can you still hop to a park that shows as full for reservations?

If we are at MK with reservation during day and want to hop to DHS after 2, but on park reservation calendar DHS shows as "full" - does that mean you also can't hop there?

You can hop even if reservations are full. It's a common strategy to buy a Park Hopper for a park with available reservations, and then hop at 2 PM.

Since the currently park hopping rules went into effect, park hopping has only been suspended once. That one time was to the MK on 10/1/2021 (50th Anniversary of MK) and only for a couple of hours.

Yes. There used to be a number you could call to confirm billing was available but no CM has mentioned it to me recently. Have not had issues hopping to full parks.
