I'm hoping to officially join this forum sometime in October (fingers crossed!)! We put in our first offer for a VWL contract to TTS on Wednesday and had it accepted later that day. I received confirmation by email this afternoon to say that it's been sent to Disney for ROFR!

As a side note, I used FairFX's online international wire facility to pay the deposit and it was so easy! The exchange rate was also *much* better than what my bank and the Post Office were offering. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon and on Friday morning, Reese from FairFX phoned me to doublecheck the beneficiary details (they are quite complicated as the money is initially deposited with Chase in NY and then sent to the FL bank) to ensure the order wasn't rejected. He then phoned me back once the order was processed to let me know the money would be in the US later that day - great service!

I'm now impatiently counting backwards from 30!

Congratulations on your purchase. Ive made several attempts to buy another contract without success. Can you pay all of the balace through FairFX.

Yes, you can wire up to £25,000 via FairFX so I'll be able to pay the balance through it. I will warn my bank that I'll be making a large online transaction just in case they decide it's suspicious and block it!
