I received a call from our resale agent this morning at work. She called to let us know that she made a terrible mistake. It turned out that Disney did "NOT" exercise the ROFR on the 110 VB resale we put the offer on. She also told me that we "SHOULD" be receiving our closing papers in a few days!!! We're In!!! Thanks for all the Pixie Dust that was sent our way!!!

Since mom is now in FL maybe you can spread out the points by spending a few days with her?

That's what we do. Mom lives about an hour from WDW and we stay a night maybe two with her. Makes us appreciate the 2 to 3 nights at DVC. Sorry mom!

Yea, good idea, we can stay with my mom on Friday and Saturday nights, then Sunday through Thursday nights at the World!!! My mom is about one hour north of WDW.

Santa just left our house, he was dressed as a USPS delivery person. We were scheduled to have closing on our DVC resale on December 27, 2004. In today's mail a package arrived from DVC with our membership number, New Member Handbook, and the 2004-2005 Vacation Planner. Do you think we are a bit excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
