Hey all!! :welcome: to my very first TR. If you haven't read my PTR and are interested, the link is in my siggie.

We just returned from a wonderful, albeit interesting, family trip to WDW for 8 days. Allow me to introduce you to our crazy cast of characters:

Me aka Elastigirl (29) - I've been to Disney 11 times now and love love love it. It is truly my happy place. I could sit there and just BE for hours. I've done the world as a child, a daughter, an aunt, a sister, a best friend, a married woman and now a mom. Each trip gives new perspective and experiences and always makes me long to go back. This trip was no different. I'm suffering from the post-Disney vacation blues, I'll admit it. :sad1:

DH aka Mr. Incredible (31) - Never been to Disney before this trip, despite growing up 5 hours away. It took me a few years to convince him to give it a try and I was very worried he would hate it.... you'll have to stay tuned to find out if I managed to make a Disney believer out of him. ;)

Oldest DS aka Dash (6) - This was his second trip to the world, and he has been to Disneyland once, something I haven't even done. I'm so jealous!! He loves it. Loves the roller coasters, though this trip he informed me he only likes SLOW roller coasters! :rolleyes: Not many of those around.

Youngest DS aka Jack-Jack (1) - His birth a year ago spurred this trip. He was born on Dash's birthday and we decided to celebrate their birthday this year even before Disney announced their year of celebration. Go figure.

My Mom aka Fairy Godmother (66) - She started my family's love for Disney when she visited Disneyland California in 1956. She loves it as much as I do, if not more. She came along as a pseudo babysitter. Any excuse to get to come!

My MIL aka Mary Poppins (59) - She's only been to Disneyworld once before, to meet us on our trip in April 07. She lives about 5 hrs away from Orlando and really isn't a huge Disney fan truth be told, but she loves to see her grandkids any chance she gets.

My SIL aka Honey (34) - DH's only sibling. She loves all things Disney too, even worked at the Disney store in the evenings to get the perks!

My BIL aka Frozone (39) Generally an 'ice' guy that goes along with pretty much anything Honey wants.

So that's us! We weren't technically a Grand Gathering because the baby doesn't count! SIL and BIL were only able to join us for a bit.

Jump on board!! I promise there won't be many dull moments!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let's get back to the beginning! Part 1:
We booked this trip back before the Buy 4, get 3 free deal. I grabbed that code as soon as it came out and was able to add an extra day. Then around Christmas Jack-Jack got really sick. It took four doctor visits to diagnose him with Scarlet fever, and a stomach virus. It was a scary three weeks and our trip was touch and go for a while. So you can imagine the feeling I had when we were finally on our way!!! It was surreal for sure.
I sent Dash to school that morning to have one less absence. We actually got out of the house on time, which is amazing for us, ran a few last minute errands, picked up Dash and we were off to the airport. Taking the toll roads got us there in about 25 mins. We parked in long term parking and caught the shuttle to the airport. We had so much luggage it was crazy!!! Thankfully only one of our suitcases was over the weight limit.
We got through security with minimal issue. I have immense respect for any person traveling with children by themselves. Holy cow, it takes a village to get through security with an infant. I plopped my bag of white powder formula in the security bin and told the TSA agent that it was formula. They nodded and sent me through. Little scary, that. I mean it wasn't labeled or sealed or anything!! :scared1:
We headed to the food court. I love the food offerings at the Austin airport. They made a point to have only local restaurants in the airport and no chains. So no McDonald's, Sbarro's, or Burger King there. Mr. Incredible and I shared a BBQ plate. Got Dash pizza and FGM had a BBQ sandwich. Lunch was enjoyed by all.
Please take notice of the size of his cheeks as the trip progresses. :upsidedow
By the time we finished eating and had a quick restroom break, it was time to get on the plane. I mistakenly thought that because we were traveling with a lap child we'd be able to pre-board, which is really convenient on Southwest especially. I had checked us in online the day before but we were still at the end of boarding group A. Apparently, Southwest airlines no longer pre-boards for parties with small children. They have what's called family boarding that begins after boarding group A gets on. So we had a choice between getting in line at the back of group A or waiting in the pre-boarding area and going by ourselves. I opted to sit in the pre-boarding area so Jack-Jack could get down on the floor and cruise the chairs for a bit.
Sure enough, halfway through the loading of boarding group A, I smell *IT*. That *IT* that all mom's recognize instantly as their own child's special brand of poo smell. That's right. Jack-Jack had made me a special present. I had just changed him at the restroom break after lunch. I stood there torn. I didn't want to leave the pre-boarding area to go find a changing table. We were about to board and I wanted to make sure we all got seats together. So I laid him on a chair in the airport and changed him right then and there. :rolleyes2 I had a ziplock bag with me, so I quickly sealed up the present and deposited in the nearest trash bin. No one else was sitting in the preboarding area so I didn't feel THAT bad about it.
Very soon after the diaper was disposed of, we were called for family boarding. And on that little walkway chute-like thingie I smelled *IT* again -apparently he hadn't finished earlier. :crazy2: How could you not smell it there, I mean the little chute thing is all stale dry air with no airflow. I'm quite sure I wasn't the ONLY one to smell *IT* either. :faint: People were looking around with that dung under their nose look about them, wondering what the smell was.
I walked down between the seats of the plane toward the back where we could all sit together and grab Jack-Jack, a diaper, wet wipes and yet another ziplock baggie and head to the bathroom in the back. To be told the bathroom in the front has the changing table. I turn to look and the plane is still boarding. There was no way I could work my way up to the front, even if I had been a sized 2 skinny minnie! (which I'm definitely not) I opted to change him on the lid of the toliet. :rotfl2: Poor kid. Those bathrooms are tiny anyway and I'm trying to balance the diaper, wet wipes, ziplock, while keeping him from rolling off the toliet. We managed, but I know I looked like a crazed woman when I emerged, poopie diaper safely zipped up (the flight attendant had asked me not to throw it away in the restroom bin), hair a mess from leaning over, flushed and sweaty from being in that stale aired, hot little water closet. Jack-Jack thought it was fun. :confused3
We made our way back to our seats and were airborn in no time. Jack-Jack decided the window seat was the best so he sat in Dash's lap most of the trip.
DSC00360.jpg
It was really cute. He yelled a few times in excitement but never got mad or cried. :thumbsup2 He did nurse under the nursing cover and fell asleep for the last hour of the flight. He did really well for his second plane ride ever. Dash loves watching out the window. He and I had fun trying to figure out on the map where we were. He's studying maps in school right now, so it was a great tie in!
More to come soon!! Will we make it to Orlando without another present in Jack-Jack's pants?? Will Magical Express be smooth sailing or provide unexpected obstacles?? Will I regret my decision to handle our own luggage instead of letting ME pick it up?!?!
Stay tuned!!!!
Disney wishes!! :pixiedust:
i'm here i'm here i'm here!
(duh, where else would i be, i don't leave for Disney for another 4 days)
Sounds like Jack-Jack was really trying to make it a memorable trip for you. Guess he succeeded. The whole TR isn't gonna be about poop, though, is it? :confused3
It's weird to have seen all your pictures and be (not-so-)patiently waiting to hear the stories behind them all!
Loving your TR so far - I soooooo understand about *that* smell. ::yes:: Your description of changing Jack-Jack, feeling half crazed, etc. oh, how familar that is to my TR! The adventure is always there with a little one, isn't it?!
Jack-Jack is ADORABLE, btw. Glad to hear it was a smooth flight with him too!
Looking forward to more!
Being the only female in a house full of boys, it seems my whole life is about poop... :rotfl2:
but NO the whole tr will not be about poo! Only some of it. :lmao:
YAY Brooke!!! I'm so excited you're reading. I'm a big fan and you were a huge help in preparing me to let the plans go to the wayside if I had to and just soak up watching my boys!!!
:rotfl: Definitely an adventure taking a one year old, for sure. I am tossing around the idea of a trip in December and can only imagine how much different it will be when he can walk and wants OUT of his stroller! But I wouldn't change it for anything!! :lovestruc
I left us off as Jack-Jack fell asleep on the plane. We had a very smooth landing and thankfully no more presents from Jack. We were off the plane in no time, with a quick stroller hand off from beneath the plane. We made the trek to the tram and found our luggage with no trouble. I had planned on tagging our luggage for ME up until two days before we left, and paranoia got the best of me and I chickened out. I was really scared that they'd miss the carseat and I was worried about not having access to our stuff for up to five hours with a little one. Dash had his backpack and one suitcase, FGM had two rolling suitcases, Mr. Incredible had two and I was pushing the stroller and pulling one bag behind us. ALL THE WAY FROM BAGGAGE CLAIM A to PARKING LEVEL B. Oh my!
About that time I was regretting not tagging our luggage and letting the Magical Express people handle it. But oh well. We finally make it to the Magical Express area after what seemed like fifteen elevators and ten miles of walking. :crazy2: The line for Magical Express was insanity. I should have known then that it was going to be more crowded in January then all the guidebooks said it was. I park everyone, grab my id and vouchers and proceed up to the line. Half way there I realize I had left my cell phone in my bag and might need it to txt Mr. Incredible.
I was in a hurry... rushing out of excitement and probably because it was so crowded. I grabbed my cell phone and turned around without looking and BAM! FGM had pushed her suitcase back behind where I was standing and I hadn't thought to turn around and look. I tripped over the suitcase, tried to catch myself, failed and went down like the Titantic. I swear it felt like slow-mo. My not-so-tiny self going SPLAT in front of 50 people waiting to board Magical Express. I managed to land on all fours, some how, though I'm not entirely sure how. I hopped up as fast I could, brushed off any attempts from FGM and Mr. I to see if I was ok and strolled up to the counter. Or at least I tried to stroll. More like hobbled. More like limped. Immediately I realized I had screwed up my left foot. The more I limped toward the line the more aware I became of the injury to my right knee as well. It was ironic that I had worn a bright pink shirt that day because I'm quite sure my flaming cheeks matched it perfectly. I was mortified. I managed to hold back the tears...tears from pain and sheer embarassment... on the way to get in line. Barely.
I moved through the line by double limping one step at a time. The line did move fairly quickly, with 7 cm's moving their way through all of those eager to be on their way to the Happiest Place on Earth. But I have to admit at that point I wasn't feeling very happy. In fact, I overheard a CM greeting all of her female customers with a cheeful bubbly, "Hello there Princess". I silently said a quick prayer that I would not end up at her counter because at that point I was feeling anything but princess-like and was afraid of what might pass my lips if greeted in such a way. Thankfully I got a nice friendly but non-princess greeting CM named Elsa. She was lovely and prompt. I txted Mr. Incredible to meet me over by the red carpet but quickly realized there was no way they could handle all the luggage. I had to walk back into the chair area in front of all the people I had gone SPLAT in front of! :scared:
I sucked it up and limped back to get my suitcase. FGM was feeling pretty bad. She felt she was responsible because she had moved her luggage. I explained that I was a big girl that should have looked before I turned around in such a hurry!
We did catch a bit of pixie dust next because we were the last 5 passengers on a very full bus. So we didn't have to wait for a bus to Pop at all. That was nice and much needed pixiedust: after my falling on my face in front of fifty people episode. You should have seen me trying to haul myself up into that bus. Right knee led first .... nope that hurt too much. Left foot first?? NOPE! Not pretty!! All kinds of thoughts were flashing through my head at this point. Would I have to rent a freakin' wheelchair for the trip!?! I didn't want to but knew I would if I had to before I'd let my clumsy self ruin a trip I'd been planning for 7 mths.
While on the bus, Jack-Jack made contact ET style with a kind Grandpa behind us. They reached out their index fingers to each other and touched fingers the entire way to WDW. I was excited when I saw the sign though!! :cheer2:
Mr. Incredible called his mom, Mary Poppins from the airport and she was stuck in Orlando traffic. When he called her again from the bus she was in her room waiting. I asked him to ask her what building she was in and all she knew was the room number. :rolleyes: So I still didn't know if we had managed to get first floor, 60s building like I had requested.
Soon enough we arrived and I hobbled up to the check in desk with FGM. We were maybe 3 parties behind the front of the line, so not too bad. But by this time it was after 6pm. Our flight had landed at 4:15pm. To give you some idea of how long it took to claim our luggage, get over to Magical Express, get through the line and on the bus to Pop Century.
When we checked in we got the same lady that had checked us in for our April 07 trip, which I thought was funny. She didn't remember us though... which is probably a good thing. I don't know that I would want to be that memorable! :rotfl: She checked my mom in first and gave her a room key. Her wording struck me as odd, so I asked that's her ticket too right? And she cocked her head and said no, just her room key. There's no ticket on the room for her. And I'm all... did my MIL get a ticket when she checked in? Because I have the invoice here where they booked a package and have paid for their 7-day base ticket already. She looked and sure enough MIL had a ticket on her room key, just not my mom. :scratchin I'm trying to be nice here, b/c I'm not one of those people that gets snarky easily. Worked too many years in customer service to get snarky with people. So I politely say Is it possible for two people in the same room to not have the same package? ( I knew it wasn't, but seriously... you think they would have clued in to their own rule) She said no. Thirty minutes later they got it straightened out. One computer showed both of them with tickets, one did not. Mary Poppins had to throw her first room key away and we had to bring her a new one. Apparently the CM that had checked her in, when Mary Poppins declined taking FGM's key at that time, somehow deleted the ticket for FGM. :faint: Thankfully I had printed out a copy of the invoice showing it was paid in full and had brought our little books showing what package we had booked.
Finally we get to our check in process. I get mine and the boys tickets and a map to our room. FIRST FLOOR 60s BUILDING!! We didn't pay for preferred locations so we were through the breezeway and by the lake side which was GREAT!!!! :cheer2: Lake view, quiet, but really close to Classic Hall! This made me do a little limpy dance !
We trucked to the room, luggage in tow and I told Dash to knock on Mary Poppin's window. Only it wasn't Mary Poppins! OOPSIE! So we scared some poor person to death I'm sure. We managed to get in our room and through the connecting doors was Mary Poppins!! She hadn't seen the boys since August, so Jack-Jack had really changed! All our (read- MY) plans to hop on a bus and explore the resorts went poof! Between the weather .... it was colder in Florida than it had been in Texas-by 40 degrees... the time it took to get through the airport with our own luggae-my stupid paranoia at not having everything handy...and my lovely quickly swelling knee and foot... we stayed at the Pop Century. I did take the time to let Mary Poppins check my foot out. She is a nurse afterall. She prescribed ice and to try to stay off of it. At Disneyworld?! Ha!
DSC00361.jpg
Putting ice on my foot before heading to the Classic Hall. **Note-with the tripping over the luggage, I totally spaced taking pictures at the airport and on ME!!! BUMMER!**
We made our way to the food court right at 8pm. Not very smart of us. Boy was it CROWDED! :crowded: We managed to find a large booth at the very back. The moms went first and got food while we sat with Jack-Jack. He made friends with a nearby girl of about 12. They came back with Grilled Vegetable Lasagna and Shrimp Chipotle Pineapple Flatbread-the chef's special that night. Mr. Incredible got shrimp lo mein and I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. The lines were insane. The CMs were getting frustrated. I turned to look right as I finally made my way up to order and Mr. Incredible was in line to pay. He was leaving me! I hadn't brought anything to pay with. So I start to panic. I yell at him across a very busy food court.... he doesn't hear me. I made the decision to break out of line to go stop him. I hobble over, get his attention and hobble back and get back in line. I'm sure the lady behind me wasn't very pleased but seriously? What else could I have done?
We get in line to pay, having to step around a little girl of about three laying on the floor in the middle of the food court. The mom was trying to carry the food, pay and convince a very tired little girl to get up. This would not be the last time I was extremely thankful for all the help I had with me.
Finally we sit down to eat. We all get a little silly and slap happy. Jack-Jack is showing off. I'm squeezing tie dyed cheesecake between my teeth. :hippie:
We head back to the room and get ready for bed.
DSC00369.jpg
Jack-Jack in his PJs. He LOVED this mirror!
We all turn in around 11pm. I can't sleep. I get back up and write trip notes by the light of Stacy. I wish I had all the Disneyworld channels at home just to leave on in the background. I finally get to sleep around 12:30. 4:30 am my alarm goes off. Huh?! I hadn't set my alarm to go off til 8:30am. Then I realize it's not my alarm but my CELL phone is ringing. (I use the same ring tone for both alarm and incoming calls) It's FGM from the next room. We had closed the connecting door and she had knocked but couldn't get us to wake up. Dash was :sick: running fever!!
What was wrong with poor Dash... would his birthday trip be ruined by being sick? Would we make it to the park the next day?! Would I end up renting a wheelchair for my limping self!?
Stay tuned!!!!
Your attempt to fly through the Orlando airport sounds funnier :lmao: all written out than it did in the quiet little text message. i'm also glad you waited til 7:30 to tell me about Dash's fever! Such an eventful start to your trip (but luckily no poop this time! :cheer2:)
Enjoying your TR so far. I flew from DFW to Orlando on the 26th and stayed at Pop Century. I was at MK that night also. I had a similiar beginning to my trip as yours which resulted in some limping around. I am going to try and start my TR today. Your mother looked so familiar to me. I am wondering if I my subconcious is remembering her from Pop or MK, hmmmmm. :scratchin
Can't wait to read more. I wish I could get all the extra stuff off my link. I am computer stupid :badpc:
I found my way over here and I have to say I'm really enjoying your trip report so far!!
I was there about the same time you were and I also stayed at Pop Century!!!
I can't wait to hear more about your trip and I hope that Dash ended up being okay!!!
:thumbsup2 Glad I could provide some amusement!!! :rotfl: Honestly, one of the first thoughts ...well at least one of the first positive thoughts I had after the whole tripping thing was how I was at least getting some interesting fodder for my trip report! :rolleyes:
Awwww thanks Jen!! I've a big fan, I read your pre-tr and need to get over and start reading your TR. I love the fact that you guys have two anniversaries. Too cool!!
:welcome:
On an :offtopic: note, for anyone that read my Pre-trip report you know that Mr. Incredible's job was changing and that it could have interfered with him joining us. Thankfully it didn't, and he was able to go. Well... today it was made official that he will be moving locations and got a promotion to do so! So :cheer2: we're really happy today in our house!!! I will try to post an update later today/tonight!!
Awww..yes the two anniversaries LOL!! Oh do they come in handy although if you like a great dose of irony you'll love the first chapter of my TR!!!!
I can't wait for your next update LOL!!! And once again CONGRATS!!! :cheer2:
So where was I??? Hmmm....
Oh yeah. 1111111111111111111
(Jack-Jack decided to help me post tonight and since I can't edit the fonts like I like to in 'edit' mode I'm gonna leave this post! :) )
I last left you with FGM calling my cell phone to wake us from the dead because knocking on the connecting door wasn't cutting it.
Dash had a fever... FGM said 'very high' and that he was 'shaking with it'. Ok that's enough to scare any mother. So I hop out of bed, only to be rudely reminded that I had fallen at the airport and hurt myself! Oh yeah! :scared:
I hobble into the other room and sure enough Dash feels really warm but I wouldn't say 'very high.' Thankfully I had packed a thermometer, so I took his temp and it was around 100.4. High enough to make him feel crummy but not taking him to the emergency room high. Ok. I can handle this. I got some children's tylenol and Allegra down him and made him use his nose spray. He was complaining of his throat hurting and you could tell he was stuffy. We all go back to bed. To awake three hours later.
I'm the first to wake in our room. I gingerly move around the room getting things ready for the day. I check on Dash and his fever is down considerably. I ask him if he wants to go into the park that day and he says 'YES!' I let him. FGM volunteered to stay with him but I honestly felt he wasn't THAT sick and if he wanted to go, I was going to let him. It broke my heart for him to miss HIS birthday celebration. The intinerary for the day was breakfast at Mainstreet Bakery, lunch wherever, and a date night for Mr. Incredible and I at Jiko. I had hoped to catch Spectro Magic and Wishes at the MK and then get to Jiko by 9:50pm using Mary Poppins' mini-van. But we were tired, and it was cold, and I was injured in the line of Disney-duty, and Dash wasn't feeling 100%. I quietly suggest that it would be ok with me if they wanted to skip the parade and fireworks this night, and everyone readily agrees.
Jack-Jack all bundled and ready to go to MK for the first time!!
We loaded everyone up and headed to the buses. Made it to the MK by around 11am. This would be a trend for the week. No matter what time I wanted us to get up and on the bus, we always seemed to be late. I think this is just a price you pay with a group of people. Different sleeping habits, different personal hygiene habits... :lmao: But we made it finally!! Thankfully my mom had brought her knee brace and I was able to use it. It was slow going but I was ok to walk. No wheelchair for me!!
DSC00385.jpg
Everyone but me ready to head down Mainstreet.
DSC00386.jpg
First glimpse of the castle... and the crowds.
We ate breakfast at Mainstreet Bakery. FGM and I split a cinnamon roll and a slice of French toast loaf. The French toast loaf was my favorite by far! YUM!! I got Dash a cupcake with loads of sugary icing and he wouldn't touch it. That's when I realized how truly rotten he was feeling. I offered several times to take him back to the hotel, but got a firm no each time. I didn't worry too much about him because we did do a length of stay stroller rental for him. FGM likes to push things... she always fights for the right to push the grocery cart so it worked out.
The Incredibles in all our Glory.
We make our way to Fantasyland and get in line for It's a Small World. This is a family tradtion for us. It was the first ride we rode on my very first trip in 1986 and we've been riding it first ever since. And it was the only ride we rode in Fantasyland.
Waiting in line.
DSC00402.jpg
Sitting in Mary Poppins lap, ready to ride his very first ride!
We took the shortcut to Liberty Square and rode Haunted Mansion. This would be the first time we lost one of Jack-Jack's shoes. We found it thankfully. I thought for a while that it had fallen out of the buggy because Jack-Jack's feet were hanging over the side of it for a while. We slowly walk towards Frontierland and check out the wait times for Splash and Big Thunder. Splash is posting 20 mins and Big Thunder is posting 40 mins stand by. We grab fast passes for Big Thunder and decide to ride Splash standby. We park the g-ma's and Jack-Jack on a bench by the exit for Splash and were on our way. This was Mr. Incredible's first 'thrill' ride so that was exciting! It's also Dash's favorite and he was perkin' up by then.
Dash was so excited to be back on Splash!
Love this part of the ride!
The wait was only 5 mins, so my assumption is that Big Thunder won't be anywhere close to 40 mins. We decide to ride it stand-by and then use our fast passes later. They weren't good for another hour or so anyway, so we'd get to ride it twice!
We check in on the g-ma's and Jack-Jack. He was happily walking back and forth down the bench and playing with Mary Poppins' umbrella. (Literally) They had a surprise visitor while we were gone. Goofy had set up shop right next to them for a photo op! And we took advantage.
Don't ask what was going on with my mouth!
We get in standby line for Big Thunder and I'm thinking this won't take long. :lmao: One HOUR LATER! Are you kidding me?!! I've NEVER waited that long for Big Thunder Mountain. We get back to the g-ma's and head to Pecos Bill's for lunch. Only to be reminded that it's closed for refurb. We eat at the Pirate and Parrot. The menu was kinda blah. They had the BBQ sandwich and Cheeseburgers but no fries, only chips, and the fixin' bar was cold stuff only. No 'shrooms or cheese sauce! Jack-Jack was passed out by this time.
Sleeping like a....wait for it...baby!
He slept while Mr. Incredible and Mary Poppins sat with him, while Dash, FGM and I used up our hot little fast passes on Big Thunder. After we were done, Jack-Jack was awake and we all rode POTC.
After a quick shopping spree for a sword, knife and telescope for Dash out of the Pirate's gift shop, we were heading out of the park. Not a very long day at all, not my norm but a good day nonetheless. With all the extenuating circumstances it was best not to push hard.
Took this on the way out.
We got back to the hotel and were greeted with these guys:
I called Jiko and was able to up our reservation by an hour! We had a hot date to get ready for and kids to get fed before we left!!
Would we like Jiko!?! Would FGM figure out how to text?! Would we get a call from the g-ma's that Dash was getting worse and we had to cut dinner short?
Stay tuned!!!
You have a great start on this TR! I love your pictures.
I'm sorry about your little tumble. I'm famous for my grace also. It never happens in front of an empty room. Always an audience.
You are a goodlooking bunch! I can't wait to read more.
Enjoying your TR! The boys are so cute...hope Dash started feeling better...and didn't get everyone else sick! :goodvibes
:welcome: and thank you!! I definitely am not the most graceful, but normally I can at least catch myself. That suitcase was just too big. When I tried to catch myself I just tripped myself again! Hence the double injury, I think. The full room was the worst part, for sure!
Awww thanks!!! I think they're pretty stinking cute too but I might be a little biased. :)
Sorry for the lack of update last night everyone! Jack-Jack got his 12 mths shots yesterday. :sad1: Poor lil guy. I had postponed his wellbaby til after vacation in case of a delayed reaction to his vaccinations.
So we had a lot of mommie cuddling time last night and not a lot of playing on the floor time so mommie can type. And I really hate typing one handed! :rotfl: He seems to be over the majority of the fussiness today so hopefully I can post another update tonight.
For any of you that read Faerieprincess' P-TR they have landed in ORLANDO!!! So excited for them!!! :cheer2: But I won't spoil her updates!!! :rolleyes1 So that's all you're getting!!
