HDD reservations for 6/8, made 180 days ago for category 1 6:15 show, prepaid on credit card. Purchased basic dining plan about 2 weeks prior to trip. Question, can I use my 2 table service credits and still pay for the category 1 difference in the card?

No, credits are all nothing. They have no cash value, so there's no way to calculate an up charge.
