Hoop Dee Doo to POR?

We're doing the 5:00 Hoop Dee Doo show. When it is done, what is the best way to get back to POR? Should we take the boat back to MK and then a bus? Or should we take the internal Fort Wilderness bus to the entrance and then try to get to POR?

I would suggest taking a boat back to MK then hopping a bus.

Actually after the show there are usually buses right there at the settlement bus stop to take you back to your hotel. The CM's usually wave you in that direction.

If for some reason on your night they aren't then yes take the boat to MK. Then bus to POR.

We did HDDR in 2004 when we stayed at POFQ. We took the boat to/from MK then the bus back to the hotel. It worked out really well. We did the same thing for Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge last week from POR.

The above directions will work as long as MK is still open, if it is not open and the buses are not there, take any interal bus purple ,orange or yellow to the Outpost bus stop and catch a bus to Epcot if open or Downtown Disney, then catch a bus to your resort.

Was at hoop de do a few days ago took the bus from MK, after the show a bus was waiting to take us to POFQ, all very easy
