Hoop Dee Doo questions please

So we have the 6:15 show of Hoop Dee Doo booked on our upcoming trip. So excited haven’t seen the sow in literally over 20 years.
We are staying at VGF and plan on boat to MK and then Boat to Show.
Is the Tri Circle D ranch close by?
What time should we get there if we want to see the ranch a little and maybe have a drink at Crocketts Tavern before the show?
Like I said haven’t been there in 20+ years any other suggestions welcome

Yes, the stables are near Pioneer Hall. I’m just not sure how late in the afternoon you can visit, and the MDE app was no help just now. You would probably need to get there around 5 to visit the stables (assuming they’re open for visitors at that time) and have time for a pre-HDD drink.

Tri-Circle D closes at 5pm, so you’ll need to be there before that.
