I am assuming there are no tables for a party of 2 would that be correct? If so what do they do with these only 2 in the party party :)

When my husband and I went a few years ago, we sat at a table for 4 and it was only us two. They did not seat anyone else with us. I'm not sure if they have any tables that only seat two, but you can still book it that way.

I was sat at a table for 2 back in 2011 when I went with my mom. It was perfect. I believe they have plenty of 2-tops, and if not you would most likely be sat at a 4-top

Gone several times as a party of 2. Been seated at a 2-top every time.

My DH & I went during our honeymoon. We sat at a great 2 top right near the stage. They give you a ton of food for just 2 guests!

It isn't like Biergarten, where it's communal seating. I will say that we just went in Dec. and were very close to the next table, but still at our own.

So when we went a few years ago as a party of 2, we were in tier 3 seating, so were seated at a one sided communal table along the balcony. I thought it was great! We'd just gotten engaged and the lovely older couple next to us wanted to hear all about our proposal, but there was definitely no feeling compelled to talk the entire time. Also, we still got plenty of attention from the cast members - one came up and talked to us and made us part of the song! Anyway, we loved Hoop Dee Doo - hope you have a great time!

1) We do have tables for two.
. . . at the front, adjacent to the stage, these are small tables (3-tops)
. . . throughout the eatery, two people would just be at 4-tops
2) There is one caveat.
. . . we have four LARGE-ROUND tables in Cat-1 for groups of 6-8
. . . if the show is crowded and these tables are not full, we frequently put groups of 2-3 together at the table
. . . this fills up the table nicely, and increases the capacity of the show
. . . empty seats cost money, and profit

NOTE: When working, I assign tables 1-3 times per month, and yes, we do combine groups AT THE LARGE ROUND TABLES. It does not make sense to have a large table to have vacant chairs and go nearly empty. Every now and then, someone will complain that they "bought a table" and should not be seated with strangers. We tell them a) They bought seats, not tables, and b) introduce yourselves, then you won't be strangers. It sounds crass to some, but it is the truth.

We've been 3 times and have always had a 2 top.......front row, center stage every time

thanks for all the response we have category I tickets so we can be on the main floor.

We've always been just 2, and each time it's different depending on what category and where you sit. First year we sat way in the back on the main floor at a high top table for 2. One year we sat way in the front to the side at a big table but it was just the 2 of us still. Last several years we did category 3 upstairs and they sit us at long tables right near other families.

hey Scup, will be going back to the HDDR in early May. Got 6 adults and my new grandaughter who will be 15 months. Not sure whether we want to be front and center with the baby or not. What are our options on seating with that kind of group. TIA for answers.
