Hoop De Doo for Welcome or Rehearsal Dinner?

Has anyone else gone to the Hoop De Due for the rehearsal dinner or a welcome party? I'd really like to go there, but how does it work with a large party? Would it be a good choice? How was it, if that's what you did?
