Hoop De Doo and Tier 1 seating with DP

My family LOVES Hoop De Doo. It is a must for them. Every time we go, we sit at the same table which is pretty far from the action. We have always been on the dining plan so we end up with tier 2 seating and a table for 5. Literally the same table 3 years in a row. So my question is, if we want to sit in tier 1 but we are on the dining plan, how will that work? Will they just charge me the difference between the tier 1 and tier 2 pricing? Thanks ahead of time for your help. We are super excited for this trip.

You can book Category 1 on DDP only at the 9:30 show.

They won't allow you to pay the difference to book Category 1 at the other shows.

That is totally crazy. I don't know that my 6 year old would make the late show. She will be 7 by the time we go but still. That totally stinks. Thanks for the info though.
