Honeymoons at Universal

I am scheduling honeymoon for DS in July (week after the 4th). Any ideas for romantic dinners? They are big HP fans and want to stay at Portafino Bay. Suggestions for Citywalk? Is there a service where I can do an in-room gift basket?
