I have been a single mom to a severely disabled DD for the past 6 years and finally met a man who loves and accepts us both for who we are. He knows how much I love Disney and has agreed to spend the week after our wedding @ the world.
My disappointment in a way is the fact that we have to bring my daughter with us. Her care is very high maintainance and though we are bringing my mom as well, she needs me to care for her.
I sooooo wanted a break but at the same time love taking her to Disney as she is treated like every other kid at WDW. No one has time to stare and gawk, they are all too busy or just plan accepting... making Disney a truly wonderful place to be with her.
So our Honeymoon for 2 is actually 4.... and now we are also taking my cousin and her child ( my GD) who will be visiting from the Uk for 8 weeks. The baby's dad died when she was just 2 weeks old and she has raised Maddie alone for the past 14 months so Michael my DF thought it would be nice to include her and give her something special to share with us.
Yes... he's a good man with a big heart!
But when do we get some time to ourselves.
We will be staying at CBR for 4 nights and then off-site for 3 Crazy lazy days!
(we can't seem to stop doing things and flake out when we stay on-site!)
What can we do to find some romance on our family-packed Honeymoon???
