Honeymoon- checking into the resort ???

Well my mom decided for our wedding gift to book a room a Akl which is awesome . Well my question about checking in is I wont have time to get my drivers license changed to my married name but on the reservation they have my marriage name. I was wondering if I can still check in under that name if I have my marrige license with me or will they give me a hard time about it? The guy that my mom reserved with said it will be fine but I was wondering if anyone went through this? Thanks again

I was told to keep everything in your maiden name since you would not have time to get things switched to your married name so soon....don't rush it....it will be the last time you'll see your maiden name on offical documents

We were told the same thing for our honeymoon at Disney and our honeymoon cruise, keep all reservations in your maiden name since it won't be changed yet. The front desk at WL told us at check-in that the day after the wedding they could issue me a new key card with my married name but I never took the time to go back and do that.
I kept my WL key card that has my maiden name on it - it's true - it's nice to still see it on something "official"

Disney booked our rooms under the hubbie to be's name. He will be the one offically "checking in". That is an option as well.
