We ate orange fried chicken at a restaurant tonight. I scoured the internet but can't seem to find a recipe for the sauce that was on the fried chicken. Does anyone have a suitable orange sauce that might work? I am sure honey was a key ingredient, and I am sure the chicken (Boneless popcorn/chunks) was fried first. It was not a cream sauce, more of a glaze type.
Thanks!

I don't know if this would work for you or not. :confused3 It's the sauce from a recipe for "Chinese" Orange Chicken or Beef. I've copied out the relevant bits.

1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur, such as grand marnier, triple sec or cointreau
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon coriander seed
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

Prepare sauce by combining liqueur, cornstarch, lemon peel, coriander seed and cardamom in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.

At this point you'd prepare your meat & then... Stir sauce before adding to wok along with reserved meat. Cook, stirring constantly, sauce thickens, about 1 minute.

Thank-you! I searched Google and did not get the same recipes at all. Two of those are very promising!
