I'm thinking they only have a certain # of rooms at the special rates. I checked some other hotels (in NC and SC) and some came up w/ the special rates and some didn't. That means either they only have a certain # of rooms at that rate or that hotel is not participating.

I did get the $99 rate at the Mall of America Homewood Suites for end of June.

Saved about $20. Thanks.
