Is VWL still available to buy into or is it just BCV left? DH and I are thinking about buying in September but are not thrilled with the location of Saratoga Springs. We would really like VWL over BCV. Is resale the only route open to us now? Thanks!!

I'm not sure if there are any points avail. from DVC for VWL right now. If not, you can be put on a waiting list for them if you are a member. When DVC exercises their ROFR, that is how they get more points or the sold out "clubs", as I understand it. However, the points are sold by DVC at the current rate of the new club that is being sold (right now it's BCV for $84/pt.). I don't know if you can use Magical Beginnings on this type of purchase, though. Yes, resale is always an option. I am not sure if you can get on a DVC waiting list if you aren't already a DVC member. If you aren't buying a significant # of points, and you are already a DVC member, I'd definitly buy direct from Disney. If you don't want a lot of points, you could just buy a small resale to become a member, and then add on thru Disney (remember the minimum add-on thru DVC is 25 points). If you are/aren't a member already and want a large # of points, I'd try resale.
