Home resort reservation window?

I thought we could make reservations 11 months plus 7 days before arrival...did I make this up? I just did a chat with a rep on the DVC Site and they are telling me it is 11 months exactly to the day. Am I crazy?!

Yep, you are nutz. At 11 months you can make a 7 night reservation.
