We well be back home 6/18-6/25 and really looking forward to it. Only 10 more days. :banana:This trip it will be just my DW and myself. Our DD(17) will be taking an educational tour in Japan with her high school Japanese language class while we are gone. We will be staying at the VGF for the first five nights and then BLT our last two nights.

This will be the first time we have been to WDW and not using the DDP. This trip we will be using the TiW and AP for our restaurant discounts. I have booked, re-booked, tweaked and fine tuned my ADR's since last December at my 180 day window and even made a change about an hour ago. Here are my ADR's. What do you think?

June 18th: Arrival Day & MK

8:00 pm- Narcoossee's. (An arrival day tradition for us)

June 19th: DHS park day

7:00 AM Grand Floridian Cafe (first time) ( Added this morning- had Cape May but been there done that)
5:15 PM Raglan Road or Boat House (first time) (Have both but will have to make a decision) OPINIONS???

At 9:00 PM we have tickets to go see Cirque du Soleil

June 20th: Epcot Day

11:30 AM San Angel Inn (I personally love this place)
5:35 PM Yachtsman Steakhouse

After dinner head back to Epcot and watch Illuminations.

June 21st: MK day & Fathers Day

KTTK tour and Columbia Harbour House included
6:15 PM Victoria & Alberts Queen Victoria Room (first time)

June 22nd: AK Day

8:15 AM Tusker House (Made the ADR yesterday morning... Love this score) (first time)
5:45 PM Jiko (One of our favorites)

June 23rd: MK day & check out of VGF and into BLT

8:45 AM The Wave ( 1st time and will hit MK a little late... FP+ are set)
5:30 PM Artist Point (Another favorite and no way would we miss visiting WL.. Love the place)
9:00 PM Tomorrow land Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party.
June 24th: Epcot Day

12:00 PM Chefs de France (First time)
7;30 Pm California Grill

June 25th: All Good things must come to an end.

7:30 AM Contempo Cafe and then DME to the airport.

That sounds like an amazing trip. Can't wait until my hubbie and I can do a grownups only trip! I was looking at the menu for Artist's Point-yum!! Chefs de France was on my list, but the reviews are all over the place. Hope it turns out well for you-you just never know until you try it! Have an awesome trip :)

You have a line up worth getting excited for. Some of these I've never tried, but are on my bucket list. Between the Boathouse and Raglan Road, I think it really comes down to the type of dining experience you want that night. With so many signatures (nothing wrong with that!) I think I might go with RR for some folksy fun atmosphere and make the Boathouse a priority next time.

I remember talking with you a few months ago about the Dessert Party, and if I recall it's going to be the first time for the both of us. Experienced people recommend not having a big dinner that night, but I think I also recall that you aren't as interested in the desserts, so this might not matter to you.

San Angel is a favorite for us too. :)

Wow, looks great to me. I wouldn't change a thing!
That list is making me hungry! :D
Have a great time!

Great choices! I must say, breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe is my favorite and a must do each trip! If either of you like french toast, the vanilla-laced french toast is devine!!! I actually booked 2 early breakfast adrs there for my upcoming trip, for just MYSELF since I am an early riser and love a good early 7am breakfast before hitting rope drop... my friends would never get up that early so I'm looking forward to breakfast there twice! Great job getting the early Tusker House adr! Have an amazing trip! Enjoy your meals!

You will have to do Artist Point when you get the chance. It falls under so many peoples radar, but the restaurant is amazing. I previously stayed at the WL three prior times and never dined there. It was not until last June when we were staying at the Contemporary that we made the boat ride over to try AP. Fell in love with the place and is now one of my favorites. :goodvibes

I am really leaning toward your suggestion of Raglan Road over the Boathouse. I'm thinking a bit more lively of a mood may be in line that evening. We have plenty of quite evening ADR's set and the more I look at the menu at Raglan the more I am really liking it. I originally booked it because my DW has wanted to try it and then the Boathouse opened up and I booked that one directly as well. :scratchin

As for the dessert party, I remember the chat we had over it as well. I will admit, I do have a little interest in the desserts. I don't eat a lot of sweets anymore, but I'm sure I'll have a few that evening. Your right though, I won't be eating heavy for dinner. I'm going to order something lighter like the Salmon at Artist Point that evening and pass on dessert.

Thanks, we sure are planning on having a great time. Today we are now down to single digits before we are in Disney. :cool1:

Generally I am not a big breakfast eater. I have a boring routine every morning; I have 1 1/2 cups of Cheerios with 1 cup of almond milk and a banana. But when I'm in Disney I usually grab a breakfast. As for the vanilla-laced french toast, I may have to indulge. It may mean I have to run an extra mile or two before my breakfast at GFC, but it may be worth it.
