Ok, so I am trying to cancel my Quickbooks Simple Start thing that I signed up for through CD...yesterday I went to their website (pacificwebworks) to cancel...I was in the queue for two hours...of course by the time that I finally was number 1 I had to leave the office to get home.

So now today I logged on THREE HOURS AGO and I am still #3...when I started out at 10:50am CST this morning there were only 11 people in line...that is CRAZY...what I will do to save myself a call to cancel!!!

well you should move up at least by 1...i got tired of waiting after 3 hours and just closed out the session, i sat at #3 for an hour alone............ridiculous isnt it? i dont think its acurate at all..........

Wow that is insane! Hopefully you can get through. I did this one but I called to cancel got right through probably because everyone is online!

It is NUTS...I am just lucky that I can sit with it open while I am at work. So it isn't a biggie...but still POOR SERVICE!

I am number 2 now (it is 2pm CST)...hopefully they can get to me in the next two hours...I have to leave at 4pm.

I canceled Increase My Margin yesterday - also Pacific Webworks. I was done in about 10 minutes total.

It was right after 9am Central Time.

You know I cancelled that one through them at about that time one day and had no problems! Guess I should have started earlier today...but at this point I might as well stick it out!

FIVE HOURS and still NOTHING...I have to leave in 20 minutes...I am still #2...guess I will have to try again tomorrow!

So I tried again this morning...waited for an HOUR and I was number 2 in line when I logged on...so I ended up calling. On the automated thing they said for immediate assistance to go online and do the live chat...so obviously everyone is doing that. I told the guy that I waited for FIVE hours and didn't get anyone yesterday and he just ignored me...was very rude...whatever! It is now CANCELLED.
