Hollywood & Vine -- Open for Lunch ?

Is Hollywood & Vine open for lunch? And can you order off the menu? I am looking for a place to have an inexpensive meal and do not want a buffet style meal. All allearsnet, there's a only a dinner menu (which is a buffet). Do you recommend it?

They are no longer open for lunch, and they are a buffet only. I you want a menu meal you can eat next door at The Prime Time Cafe, or go to Mama Melrose or The Sci Fi Cafe. We enjoy the food at H&V and will be dining there for dinner in a few weeks. We are also going to Mama's for lunch .
