Hollywood & Vine - lunch or breakfast ??

We are going to do either a late breakfast or an early lunch here. I've read the menus for both and they seem pretty basic. Anyone have an suggestions of what would be the better choice?

breakfast is halfway decent- the character interaction is good (if you care about that) and the food is fine. Lunch was hands down one of the worst meals we have ever eaten on Disney Property. It was like a Denny's restaurant gave out their leftover food.

We have done both as well and we preferred the breakfast. We thought the food was pretty good. We had an 8:05 ressie and were the 3rd people there. The restaurant was only about half full the entire time we were there and the food was fresh and hot. We were done in time for rope drop and were able to get to TSM quickly - although we still were in line for 20 mins.

The only problem was that because there were so few people we almost had too much character interaction .

I preferred breakfast. We went one time late so we were able to have some from each buffet. I thought lunch was gross but DH liked it. The kids were full from breakfast.
