Hollywood Studios to Sebastians? Yay or too much of a time killer? Wanted to get it in for dinner via skyliner but wasn't sure if it was worth the park time loss?

Are you rope dropping? DHS isn’t a full day park anyway so it might provide a nice break between end of the park day and Fantasmic.

I always enjoy Sebastian's. It's not right off the Skyliner exactly but not far, either. Service has been quick in my experience.

I have not eaten there but did walk by one trip. I think the walk from Riv is closer. Either way it is a bit of a walk. There are OK places to eat at HS but will be more expensive unless you do CS. Figure 40 minutes of travel time. It is a 10 minute walk Riv maybe 8.

That isn’t terrible.. we just wanted to try something different than the theme park restaurants

It’s far and away better than any food at HS. If you’re up for the extra effort it’s a great meal.

Awesome! Thank you! No one really wanted to do the theme park food there this time.. glad to hear the food is good!

I would definitely leave HS for Sebastian’s. We always leave the parks for a break.

Lots of Sebastian’s reviews on YouTube. You might check a couple to make sure it’s up your alley! Sounds like fun

I can't speak to Sebastian's (too much seafood - allergic) but we often like to leave HS for dinner. I view vacation as a time to enjoy seeing and doing things and being with DH, having nice meals, and just having a good time. That doesn't always mean every hour at a park so I don't ever have a problem taking off for a couple of hours if I'm still feeling like I'm on vacation. Even the skyliner ride can be enjoyable and if it's a restaurant you want to experience and you don't want a meal in the park, I think any time lost in the park is another enjoyable experience gained elsewhere.
