Hollywood Studios Parade

Going to Disney Oct. 2013, There is no parade scheduled acording to the park hours/parades page. I know that Pals Countdown was cancelled is there any replacement in the works?

I don't think there was any plan for a replacement parade when they cancelled the former. Would guess that they don't have anything else by October.

I've heard rumors of a former parade coming back or a current parade coming from Disneyland but nothing will be done by October that isn't announced by now. If something was going to happen it would have happened already or would have been announced.

My son tells me he is 65% sure they will have a parade of some type at DHS "soon".

If so i hope it's the dance party thingy with Phineas & Ferb. Those pics of it from Disneyland looked awesome.

i think they will get another parade, id like to see a parade that rivals the MK parade and encorporates the themes from the park, the countdown to fun pixar fun parade thing was good but it was just a rehash of the pixar block party! lets be honest its the same floats more of less just without the stopping for the games.. remember that thing? lol

i think a new parade that utilises its current ventures...

starwars should have a float, storm troopers marching with a vader float or somthing,

muppets should have a presence in it, the pixar gang of course as pixar place has its home here. i think the parade marshalls should be phineas and ferb!

even if it was a whole parade with phineas and ferb theme i would be happy lol

was there a reason for the cancelling of the parade? somthing to do with the cast? anything like that do we know?

everytime ive gone the parade always had a crowd to watch it, must have been a reason to cancel a parade that people are watching? if it had low attendance sure but it just seems random

maybe they are reworking things for a bigger bestter parade.

i hope it aint the car motorcade thing again lol

Yeah, with all the rumors going around about possible changes and additions at HS, something actually in planning could have impacted parade plans if the route were affected by those plans.

Maybe it'll be a parade like the Toy Story one....my personal favorite at HS!
