Correct me if I'm wrong here, but is there a seating area outside the restaurant where you can have a drink and a light snack for lunch now.?..

Yes, I noticed it yesterday when we were there - Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge. The sign mentioned tapas, so I don't think they have the full HBD menu.

Yes, the outside area has drinks and tapas but not the full menu. There is no outdoor seating if you want the full menu.

And FYI, the Lounge is separate from the restaurant. The Lounge does not accept ADRs. If you make an ADR, you will be seated inside.

I"m thinking this is not true. According to Josh over at easywdw.com, you CAN order from the full menu even when sitting outside at the lounge.

Hopefully that is the case. When we attempted to do that last June we were told we could only order off of their menu. It wouldn't be the first time rules weren't consistently communicated at Disney.
