Hollywood Brown Derby lounge food in the restaurant?

I am looking at the menu for the Hollywood Brown Derby and I can find something everyone in my party would like, but for one person, not so much. I think she would like the derby sliders they serve at the lounge, but can you order the lounge food in the actual restaurant?

I don't see why not since it all comes out of the same kitchen. I know you can't order stuff from the restaurant out in the lounge, so who knows.

That would be the logical thing to do, but sometimes Disney is not logical.

I was there about a month ago and happened to overhear the next table ask for something off the outdoor lounge menu. The answer was no. That said, it can't hurt to ask - and sometimes you get a different answer depending on day, server, crowds etc- but I wouldn't count on it.

A thought...one of the two sliders (and the better one IMO) is the wagyu slider (thought the duck confit was kind of bland). The actual restaurant menu offers the full sized wagyu beef burger. I believe it comes up on the lunch restaurant menu, but I have heard of people having success of getting it at dinner as well.

My husband and I had the sliders on our trip in May and they were delicious! He preferred the wagyu one and I loved the Duck but you can request all wagyu if you want for an uncharge. Like others said, it wouldn't hurt to ask. You might also see if the Lounge would do them to-go and then take into the restaurant? No idea if this is an option but might be worth asking.
