Hollywood and Vine character meal..good or bad?

Hollywood and Vine character meal..good or bad? Might do a bf or lunch there with ds3 but is it very good? We want to do TSM first thing...any suggestions on time for ADR?

It depends if your DS is a fan of the characters, like any character meal I don't go expecting very good food. I've had decent meals at 1900 and Chef Mickeys after those almost every other character meal is a notch below food wise.

I thought there was good / better character interaction with JoJo / Little Ensteins and at the time my DD's (4+5) loved it.

We've gone twice for dinner--NEVER again. Terrible service. Terrible food.

There aren't any characters at dinner though...just breakfast and lunch.

We did breakfast there in June and the kids enjoyed it. The food - I thought there was a great variety on the buffet and was typical breakfast food and good. Characters spent a good amount of time with the kids. My son seemed to enjoy the Disney Playhouse music playing in the restaurant (we're big Wiggles fans in this house, so enjoyed hearing The Wiggles!)
They took us right in, service was great. We plan on doing it again our next trip! Oh, and Goliath... just the cutest!
