Holiday Villas? Opinions? Reviews?

Just booked a 3BR villa.

Great rate.

Anything I should worry about?

Are they really 5 minutes from the park entrance?

Hello...I believe these are the 3 bedroom condos from Holiday. If not, this post will not be much help. 5 minutes is stretching it a bit, but if these are Villas at Sommerset then it is an easy drive to Disney especially if you stay on Poiciana blvd and take the Osceola Parkway into Disney. These are basic but nice condos for the price. Usually 85 to 99/ day. There is a nice walk in shower in the master bedroom. I would insist on TV in all bedrooms and King beds at least in the master.
There is a nice community pool that is very warm.
There are many developements built by this company. They all look very much alike except they come in different colors. Sommer set is brown, others are yellow, blue, pink with each developement a different color. They are mostly wood constructions, so won't last a long long time, but that is not important to you....
Find out which developement you are in. that will determine how close to Disney....enjoy....Ted

Hi...yes these are the villas. Again, I think you will find them to be basic but very nice for your family. Find out which developement you are in. Try for Sommerset to be closest to Disney....again unless you got a super price, like 59 or less, I would ask for King bed, and tvs for everybody...Ted
