I have never been to SW before. Can you stay in your seats after the lastice skating show at the Bayside Stadium and watch Holiday Reflections? Are the Sea of Trees visible from there also?

Yes. The fireworks show starts literally seconds after the final ice skating show. You dont need to move. And yes, you can see the Sea Of Trees from your seats. The Sea of trees are on the lake that is the backdrop for both the ice skating show and the fireworks show.

Not at all. It doesnt seem to bother them at all. I have seen the whales during the fireworks show and they dont mind them at all. They stay playing or sleeping or doing whatever it is they do after shows. Its like the fireworks arent even going on.
