Holiday Pricing??? What's this about?

When phoning today to book our Candlelight Processional, we got a great, chatty CM on the phone. She mentioned that beginning Dec. 18th, all Disney restaurants raise their rates and they call it "Holiday pricing". Does anyone have any experience with this? How much do they raise the prices???

I saw that there was going to be an increased "holiday" price for CRT but I had not heard that it would be for all of the restuarants. That would really upset me. Has anyone else heard about this?

I saw it posted on allearsnet.com. The weeks it goes into effect are listed as are the prices. Seems about $5 more per meal.

Cape May Cafe
Breakfast unchanged (+$ for holiday)
Clam Bake +$1

Crystal Palace
Breakfast unchanged (+$4 for holiday)
Lunch unchanged (+$4 for holiday)

Ohana

Rates are based on time the bill is printed (basically when you eat) not when the reservation is made.

I've always hated that. Here in NJ, on mother's & Father's day restaurants jack up the prices, give you a rose and call it the Mother's day special. Never understood the reasoning. My family took me to dinner the night before.
