Holiday planning help needed

We arrive on 12/22/06 will be doing Disney 22nd, 23rd & 24th for Candlelight Prossessional, Osborne Lights and MVMCP. we also want to see the Christmas events going on at Universal. Will they have the events still going on from 12/25 thru 12/31/06? Do we need seperate special event tickets for Universal or is everytning covered under the regular park tickets? We have never been to Universal during the Holidays so any info would be appreciated.
