Holiday Inn Hotel Plaza BLVD

What is the latest status on this hotel. We stayed there in 2000 (when it was a Courtyard) and always notice it when we drive by. We haven't been by in a few months but it looked deserted then.

According to downtowndisneyhotels.com they are accepting reservations for Feb 2009 and beyond.
