We stayed here for 10 days last year. To be truthful, I can't remember there being a freezer. If there was it was very tiny, as the fridge itself is very small. I'm not saying this for 100%, I just don't remember there being one.
There are ice machines in the hotel however. You could always fill your bucket with ice and put your icepack in the bucket to keep it cool, if there isn't a freezer.
We used our fridge alot. It was packed most of the time we were there, because we tried to eat breakfast and some lunches/snacks in the room (the microwave was great for that). This was a big help with our budget for 10 days.
I really liked this hotel. It was a basic hotel room, but very clean and well maintained. The location is great for downtown disney. We walked there almost every evening. There is a grocery store the up the road, about a 10 min. walk. Great place to pack the fridge.
Oh, there isn't a balcony in every room, so if you want one, make sure to request it when you check in. I didn't realize this, so the first room they put us in didn't have a balcony. We requested to be switched to another room, and it wasn't a problem.
