Holiday Inn Disney Springs pool question

Hello,

My mother in law will be staying at the Holiday Inn at Disney Springs and we will be staying at PO Riverside. If we wanted to visit her at her hotel, would we be able to use the pool? Also, how does parking for non-guests work?

I would call the hotel direct to ask those questions. Even if there was a policy, these days many policies have changed.
