Has anyone stayed here? Reviews? Walkable to parks?

Based on the "walkable" map, it seems close....

Besides the fact that its one of the last hotels with availability for our trip in 3 weeks, the "Mickey" pool seems like a cute touch!

I just booked my hotel using Hotwire and ended up with this hotel? Did you end up staying there? If so, what are your thoughts-did you like it?

Hi there, if its the one on Manchester Avenue you are speaking of we stayed here twice. It was years and years ago. It was definitely not walking distance you will need to catch the shuttle. We learned this the hard way, (coming off a 15 hour night flight from Australia and being impatient for the shuttle. We asked the front desk could we walk it? They said sure, its about 3 blocks that way!) No one told me how big an American block was before At the time we stayed it was clean and comfortable. It looks like it has been updated since.
