It's been 58 minutes that I've been holding hoping to apply code to our December vacation. Is it worth this? I mean come on Disney, an hour for a reservation. PLLLEEAASEE!

Just stay on hold. I was on hold for quite a long time (over an hour), and was 15 minutes late for work. I did save over $200 on our POFQ resort for mid December. Now I'm happy for the rest of my workday.. and no one even noticed I was late!! I hope you get to use the code! Don't give up.

Well after 1 hour holding they answered my call only to tell me that it was not available. Great! I'll try again since the CM I spoke with either did not have the time to help me or just didn't want to.

The phone lines have been totally clogged the past two days!

I was trying to call for other reasons and still was told wait times were over an hour.

I finally got thru this afternoon after 2pm EST after a mere 4 minutes,woooowhoooo
When the CM answered I told her that I actually was not calling to apply codes, and got a big laugh out of her.
