Hold times?

What in the world is going on with hold times? I’ve been dealing with trying to find credits from a cancelled cruise and have spent hours on hold this week. 2.5 hours earlier today and on hold again just to get an email address… ugh.

Due to the new testing requirement they did offer people the opportunity to cancel. The deadline to cancel was today so I would expect that’s what’s created the long wait times.

This plus the fact that (depending on the time of day) the wait times have been approaching 2 hours (with a minimum of about 35 minutes) ever since they announced the shortening of the September Fantasy cruises.

I waited 2.5 hours yesterday and finially had to hang up because I was walking into a stadium. I am hoping to et through this morning with less wait.

Half the passengers on the EBPC had to cancel yesterday because Disney announced they're only letting vaccinated passengers age 12+ on that sailing. Hence the overloaded phone lines.
