Hold time for booking excursions

Been on hold for almost 2 hours to book excursions. This is ridiculous, very undisney. :mad:

I did email the request, but haven't received a confirmation and don't trust customer service after my on hold experience.

I had no idea this would be such a waste of time!

We have always e-mailed in our excursion requests and have never once had a problem.
 
We emailed our requests for shore excursions. After a few days we called to check. Good thing.. they said they didn't have them. The person on the phone (Disney Rep) said you couldn't email them. Within the 48-72 hrs we lost the one thing we wanted. Others have had no problem and Disney is working on their computer systems so perhaps our email got lost due to a computer 'thingy'... I would just be safe rather than sorry and call no matter how long it takes.
 

I have called twice and they have picked up in less than 5 minutes. If you are concerned, I would try faxing your requests in and then call in a few days when their system is up and running correctly.
