HoJo's has rooms available.........

Is it just me or have they indeed opened up more rooms ?

I've been calling all week and as of last Monday could only get a room for 2 nights (May 19th,20th) . I needed til the 23rd.
Repeated calls all week have told me that absolutely nothing available. I've looked on the internet also, different times of the day (nothing).

Last night at 11:30pm. I checked their website and BINGO ! ! !
All types of room to pick from.
Checked my email this morning, incase there was a computer gliche and everything was comfirmed.

It wouldn't accept any discount codes. But I'll call IN House Reservations on Monday and get that applied.

They'll atleast take a 20% off for AP's or their Entertainment Book Rate.

Someone said to keep checking back to see if their 50% off for AP's and Entertainment Book is offered later and that your discount can be applied even after you've booked your room.

I have been checking for an opening for the night of the 20th. I was so excited to see the ENT rate show rooms available. I put in my CC, and it says there is nothing available????
What a tease.
I spoke with someone at HoJo's and they could not get any rooms to show with the ENT rate for that night. It was around 118.00 that I was quoted for a standard room.
Maybe I should just book it and hope for the best.

BTW, this is just me wanting an extra night, our vacation is already planned. I would just like to get there a day early so we don't feel as rushed.

So we are staying at HOJO for the first time in May (early May) and our dates happened to be entertainment rate dates. HOWEVER, we also have an AP.

Do you just pick one? it's 50% ER and 20% AP but NOT both right?

Are you saying that your date is showing as available for the entertainment rate on Hojo's site? If you called yesterday you probably talked to the main reservations line, you need to call during the week and talk to in house reservations. They are the only ones that can book you for the cheap entertainment rate they advertise. The code for that rate on the website is SD50 but I always have trouble booking it online. It will show the discounted rate if you enter that code, but when you get close to the last page, it won't let you book (at least in my experience). In the past, I have just booked the nights I need online and call in house reservations during the week and have them adjust it to the entertainment rate (assuming it's available on their calendar).

Yes, this is the first time the date I want is showing available online with the sd50 code. I knew when I called that I would not be speaking with "in house reservations", but I did speak with someone at the Anaheim HoJo. (Just hoping they could book it)
OT- It was funny when the lady on the phone yesterday saw my great prices for my existing reservation, she said "Where did you book this from?", "What website?" I just politely said- it's the Entertainment rate.
Anyway, thanks for your experience with booking and having it changed later. I will do that today and call Monday.
