I hope someone can answer these for me! TIA!

1. Do the standard queen rooms in building one have a microwave?
2. Is the freeway noise terrible in the queen freeway facing rooms? If so, would earplugs help?
3.How far is building one from the kids cove?
4.Do the queen rooms have shower/bath combo?
thanks!:)

1. Yes.
2. For me, no. Unless you open the door. Earplugs help everything.
3. about a 30 second walk from the end closest to the elevator. Add 1 minute for the other end.
4. Yes!

Enjoy your stay!

2.) I also agree that the freeway noise isn't terrible. You can notice it, but it seems more like background noise to us. If you are really concerned, you could bring a white noise machine to help block it out, but I find that the traffic noise itself feels like a white noise machine. The noise has also never bothered our kids.

We thought the freeway noise was awful. My very heavy sleeper of a husband even had a difficult time falling asleep. The noise kept our 3 year old up for at least two hours. Ear plugs helped me, but it was still annoying. If we ever stay at Hojo again (which we won't if my husband gets his way!) we'll pay more for a room that faces elsewhere.

I feel like the noise wasn't so much *noise*, it was more of a feeling. I felt like the building was constantly rumbling. I'm a person who needs noise to sleep, but this was not that kind of noise. We were facing the garden pool, so I don't know what building that was, but it was impossible to sleep, even with a white noise machine. I felt like the bed was vibrating.

Then again, I don't think I've ever heard anyone else describe it like this, so maybe I'm just sensitive or something.

I am surprised (and happy!)to learn that the standard rooms have a microwave!!

I thought this was a feature of the premiuim rooms.

Yeah, I'm surprised too. The deluxe rooms in building 2 also have them -- that's the only kind of room we stay in. So I wouldn't know firsthand, but I thought that the standard queens only had a fridge, not a microwave.

Confirmation anyone? Do the standard rooms in building one have a microwave?

The standard queen rooms do not have a microwave. They do have a refridgerator.

Noise is very subjective, as you can see from reading the responses. Does not bother me in these rooms, but others can't stand it.

Another odd question...Can a microwave be rented? My son loves late night popcorn!

As for the noise, I will bring earplugs and a noise maker and hope my son is too tired to hear any outside noise!

Thank so much for all the replies!
