HOJO new et dates

So now I need to get a entertainment book. How do I get one? I'm in Canada, so I can't just pick one up. I heard you can tell them I have a book (don't really) and make sure I have one before checking in? Is this correct??

All you need is the Entertainment card, you could just buy one of those off Ebay for a couple of bucks. It is true you do not need this to book the rate, they will (sometimes) ask to see it at check-in.

Ah thanks, found it now, they've added the 1st and the 10th, not my dates unfortunately, but will keep checking, I already have 1 night at this rate but at least one more would be nice!

We went mid July last year and I booked with NO Ent. Rate at all. I just kept watching the site and calling the hotel as HoJo added them on their calendar. By the time we were within about 3 or 4 days of our trip they added my last date - so we got 4 nights all at the Ent. rate in mid July.

Our hotel stay ended up costing us 1/2 as much as I thought it would.

FYI we stayed at HoJo last mid July a Tues & Wed night, I didn't have anything booked, I called on that Mon. and was able to get the 2 nights at the ent rate! The cancellation period is 48 hours prior to check in, so if they get enough I guess they add the ent rate last minute.

Oh thanks, both of you, that's given me hope, we are taking the laptop with us so will keep checking, as the HOJO is our last 4 nights out of a 12 night trip.

Thanks for that. I will start looking on ebay closer to our arrival date. I also did book the hotel already and then will watch for ent. dates to match our dates.
