Question....I just called the local number and asked for the Ent Rate. The person I spoke with asked for my Ent Card #, but did give me a quote even though I don't currently have a card. The quotes were all over $100/night. I know I was speaking w/Anaheim, but was she giving me Ent Rate quotes?

Are you sure they didn't transfer you to their main line?

I called once, and got transferred. Turns out I was calling during "off hours", make sure you ask for IN HOUSE reservations.

ask for in house resvation and they dont need card till you check in

In house reservations phone will forward to the 800 number after hours. I'd suggest calling back during regular office hours Pacific Time and make sure you are speaking with in-house reservations.

When I called in-house reservations last week to book Aug 17th it was 2 days after Lorealle had added that date on their calendar. The lady I spoke to was in-house but did NOT know that Aug 17th was available for the $79 rate. I said that I was looking at the calendar on their web-site and it said it was available so she had to put me on hold and verify that.
So - I am thinking that not all the in-house reservations employees get told right away of the new dates.

Yes, but it also says that the availability of those dates changes without notice. They have only so many rooms available at the entertainment card price, so even if your dates are listed, no guarantees that you will be able to book a room at the entertainment price.

When I looked for rooms in August, at the time there were dates in August listed, including the dates I was looking for. I spoke with in house reservations and the dates were not available for the entertainment card rate - confirmed by Lorealle. So even though the dates were posted as available, no such luck.... (those dates are now no longer listed on the site as available for the E rate).

I just lucked out and got my dates on the Entertainment rate. I am so excited. I spoke with Jennifer. She was very helpful.
