I watched a few eps last season out of curiousity and caught the season premier this morning on VH1. Let me tell you I was totally when Burkie told him to go into the store to buy tampons for her. Big, tough guy Terry looked SO lost.

And I have to admit, he is a sneaky little sunuvvagun, using the pizza guy and the AC guy to spy on her that way. I don't quite understand why he doesn't trust her to go spend a weekend with her friends. The way he went off on her about the BCP was over the top. Maybe Linda should'a clued him into the fact that yes Brookie is on BCP for female problems, but still that's no reason to freak out at his daughter the way he did.

i saw the episode this morning and i agree, the guy has MAJOR control issues. he doesn't trust his daughter at all which is a shame, because she seems like a decent girl.

momof1princess--did you see the ep last season where he planted a GPS tracking device in her car to see where she went? I was kind of like WTH??? I mean, there's being protective of your blonde teenage hottie of a daughter and then there's being OVER protective. Sheesh!

Have you noticed he's not that way with his son, only his daughter? Talk about your double standard.

lucas--at least the Hogans aren't being bleeped every two seconds for their foul mouths like SOME celebreality families.

I love this show too. I started watching out of curiosity as well, then I just started to like it. They are a cute family.

Yet, to me, those other families are more enjoyable to watch.
I saw the Hogan family the other night on the CNBC "Big Idea With Donny Deutsch" talk show. They were talking about how the family was on the Howard Stern Sirius show that morning and how the talk and questions got, lets say, pretty racy. If Hulk is so protective of his daughter why would he put her on Howard's show?

That's something I wanna know the answer to also, because surely the Hulkster KNEW that Howard's show was going to be all about Brooke's chest and butt. Or Howard would ask if all the steroids had shrunken Terry's uh..package (can I say that? ). Stuff like that. Because Howard Stern is a racy kind of guy. They don't call him a 'shock jock' for nothing!

I watch this show! I only started watching it because I watch the Surreal life and celebrity fit club and hogan knows best was in the middle and I was to lazy to search for something else to watch. I actually think the way he is with his daughter is a little creepy..sometimes it seems he acts more like he is her boyfriend instead of her father.

It is kinda creepy. I can't remember if it was a promo or tonights show but they showed them sort of rough-housing, tickling...YUCK! And what was that feminine hygiene shopping supposed to be? What 17 year old girl/woman does this stuff with her father?

This show has to be set up-he knows the cameras are on and is really going over the top. I think they are essentially doing this show to try to start Brooke's singing career.
Also, if he is so overprotective why in every photo Ive seen of her is she dressed similar to a Las Vegas showgirl? Its really inappropriate for her age. She is a pretty girl but looks "dated" to me. Like early 80's look with the bleached hair and heavy make up.

Did anybody watch the ep this morning where Terry made the kids go work at a resteraunt in order to teach them the value of a dollar? I was like OMG..I feel so sorry for the CUSTOMERS. Brooke was so screwed the minute she walked in there..she was acting like your typical entitlement brat for sure. But it was pretty funny to watch anyway. I loved the part where Terry and Linda got all of their friends to come in at ONCE to pester poor Brookie. That was just *mean*. But funny.
