Collecting Hallmark Christmas Ornaments. When I first started collecting them, in the late 70s, I'd go out the day after Christmas and buy a few at 50% off. That continued until, by the mid 90s we needed a 9 foot Christmas tree just to hold all the ornaments. A few years ago, I stopped, and now the ornaments are sitting in a box in the attic.
