HoB, TRex & Rainforest on DDP?

I printed the dining plan info off the disney site. It states that the house of blues, t-rex and the rainforest are now on the regular plan. is this new?

RFC and T-Rex were both added this year to the reg. dining plan (along with a few others.) Now to go off and decided our ADR's again. lol
