hoa statement

We‘re going thru fidelity, got closing papers & it says to sign settlement statement, indemnity agreement, hoa statement. Not seeing an hoa statement or anywhere else for my signature to go. Can anyone help me out?

We just did this. There is a paper that lists dues etc.. It doesn't say HOA or have a signature line. They said just to sign somewhere on that page.

The one thats titled disney vacation development inc? Then its got payoff information: annual dues\maintenance fees?

Yes, my husband said that is the one. You can always email them in the morning to verify.
