Hmmm!

I was just reading a post about the movie you think should be a ride, and I came up with all these ideas. So I was wondering, how do you go about becoming an "idea person" (for lack of a better term!) for Disney? I always come up with these ideas for different places and DL is the main one I think of. Sorry if this isn't in the right area, but I wasn't sure where to put it!
