HK Airport Terminal 2 and HK Disneyland stores there are now closed

HKG is redoing terminal 2 so everything there including the HK Disneyland stores, theater and restaurants are closed. The expansion is expected to take until 2024. The Plaza Premium Lounge and spa are also closed so there are no more priority pass lounges outside of security.

The new HK Disneyland store outside of security is smaller than the old ones in terminal 2 but has some merchandise that has sold out in the parks such as Nuimos costumes. It doesn't seem to have much deeply discounted merchandise as the old ones in terminal 2 but still seems to have more sale items than the stores after security.

Yup. There's the Plaza Premium lounge to the left near gate 1 and a new lounge that opened near gate 35 now that the one near gate 40 is closed. While there's reasonable food options (enough for a light meal but not spectacular taste-wise), they can have long lines to get in at times.
