I got my code today. I just tried it out -- it applies the $25 to every passenger! So if you are traveling with 4 people, each person gets $25 off their RT flight. No need for multiple codes.

Unfortunately, there is a blackout date from July 1-5. And we're flying on July 2nd. So our RT is looking to be $1362 for 4 people. Darn. That's what I get for not planning ahead and flying on a holiday weekend!

PS but the good thing --- my hubby said it's okay to extend our trip one day (we were originally flying home July 1) so we can take advantage of the Sea World Kids for $5 deal!

Don't give up Chickie! I once bought a ding on a Tuesday for the next Friday. Of course it was back in 2007 so things have changed some. Still don't give up.
Well, unless you're flight is really full then chances are much slimmer. I don't give up until I'm checking in online!

If you do the math, it shows the base ticket price- subtract $12.50 (each way) add taxes, then multiply by # of tickets. It worked on all 4 of my tickets.

I could fly out of PVD, but all the desirable times say "sold out". I have a feeling they just didn't make those available. Hard to believe that they are already all sold out for the Wednesday flights I'm looking for.

I can tell you the same thing happened to me for my return flights at first. When the same ding came out the next time, it was available and I was able to book it. That is frustrating!! However, it is likely they will become available in the future.

Did you try searching for just 1 person and see if there's a difference? I once searched for my family of 4 and it said sold out. My parents were traveling with us so I tried to buy for them (2) and it let me. I tried 2 more and it let me again. 2 more again got me all 6 tix but couldn't book 4 at once.

Why? I don't know but can't hurt to try.

Take note that the $25 off promo codes are not stackable upon Ding! fares.

Just played around with the system to see If I could cancel & rebook to get some credit. It turns out I saved $53 by booking with the code a couple of days back when the prices were at $109 each way over waiting for this morning's $99 Ding fare.

I'm thinking SW is concentrating on the flights that are the emptiess first, then they'll worry about the others.

I did, and they still showed "sold out." I have $109 now, so even with the Dings that they've been offering, I'm only going to save another $80 to $100, so it's ok if I don't end up with one.

wow one Ding! lol. wouldn't you just drive from Jacksonville before you'd spend over $200 to fly? The even funnier thing is that you have to connect through FLL! Well at least I can relax that I probably won't miss a Ding! while at work.

My DW just got out tickets for Halloween. The day after they opened up the dates after Oct 30, they Ding'd a couple dates..

We are STL to MCO for 109,,, ofcourse coming back is 149..

I now only need a flight TO orlado, do these dings usually include the reverse route? in other words i need a flight from Hartford TO orlando, if it showed a ding for June Orlando to Hartford, was that also true for the reverse flight??

they usually do have Dings for both ways, but I think I have seen a Ding for only one way before.
